DHL Supply Chain Trainee Program
In its Trainee Program, DHL Supply chain seeks to attract, hire and develop potential talents to assume key positions, so as to strengthen the organization's growth in Brazil.
Structured along 18-months, its focus is on the development of young talents, rendering them qualified to face technical and behavioral challenges, through practical experiences, participation and conduction of projects, team work, participation in trainings, speeches, meetings & technical visits.
The selective process is performed annually, so as to meet the Company´s areas demands. The DHL Trainee, thus, has the opportunity to act in different places in the country, with different processes and products from the Automotive, Chemical & Industrial, Healthcare, Technology and Consumption sectors, in addition to the possibility of acting in different supporting areas.
The selection program these year start in August 18 until September 30. The process consists of 6 steps, with three of those steps are held in Campinas.
